1. Eligibility
Only users connected through a genuinely selected and completed Jobbi request may review each other. Arbitrary reviews are not permitted.
2. Reciprocal double-blind model
Each party authors their own review. Reviews may remain private until both submit or the window ends. A provider cannot author or choose a customer's rating.
- Displays include visible review count with rating.
- Averages use eligible visible reviews.
- Sponsored providers receive no rating advantage.
3. Standards
- Be truthful, specific, relevant and first-hand.
- Distinguish opinion from factual allegations.
- No extortion, threats, abuse, private contacts or irrelevant disputes.
- No incentives, trading, fake accounts, conflicts or coordinated manipulation.
4. Right of reply
Where available, a subject may post a professional reply following the same standards. Replies must not expose private information or pressure the reviewer.
5. Reporting and moderation
Jobbi may preserve, limit, hide or remove a review considering authenticity, relevance, safety, law, evidence and policy. Disagreement or a low rating alone is insufficient.
- Users may report and provide context.
- Jobbi may ask both sides without promising to decide the legal dispute.
- A review decision may be reconsidered where an appeal channel is offered.
