3. Immediate action
Jobbi may act without prior notice for urgent safety, fraud, compromise, illegality, serious harassment, system security or evidence preservation. Immediate action is not a final legal-liability finding.
4. Notice and review
Where appropriate and lawful, Jobbi explains the action and provides a support route. Users may request review with relevant information. A different authorised reviewer may consider serious permanent decisions where available.
5. Subscriptions and direct transactions
Account action may restrict entitlement. Refunds depend on law, billing rules and circumstances. Outstanding service/supply agreements and direct payments remain between users.
6. Records and rights
Jobbi may retain proportionate moderation records for safety, law and repeat-abuse prevention. Statutory rights and external remedies remain.
