  • General suburb or service area may be shown for relevance.
  • Exact address and direct contact may become available to selected parties where needed.
  • Do not place unnecessary private or sensitive information in public text or media.

5. Use and disclosure

We use and disclose for the primary purpose described at collection, related expected purposes, with consent, or where authorised or required by law.

  • Other users receive data needed for permitted marketplace interactions.

  • Advisers, insurers, regulators, courts, emergency services or law enforcement may receive data where lawful.
  • Jobbi does not sell personal information to advertisers.

6. AI and automated systems

AI Help may process support text and relevant case context. Outputs can be wrong; important matters need human review. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.

Computer rules may assist discovery, safety signals, contact detection, moderation triage, quotas and promotion relevance using category, general location, interests and marketplace activity. They are not intended to make final serious enforcement decisions without authorised review.

  • From 10 December 2026, APP 1 adds transparency duties for certain automated decisions significantly affecting rights or interests; Jobbi must review deployed systems before that date.
  • Users may ask about the role of automation in an account or support outcome.

7. Overseas processing

Configured providers may process information outside Australia. Before launch Jobbi must identify likely countries where practical and assess contracts, security and APP 8 obligations.

  • Keep credentials and devices secure.

9. Retention and deletion

We retain information only as reasonably needed for stated purposes, disputes, safety, billing/tax, law, backups and legal claims. Final retention periods must be configured.

  • Deletion may remove or de-identify profiles while preserving required integrity/dispute records.
  • Content already shared may remain in another user's lawful records.

  • Promoted cards can be hidden individually.
  • Sensitive information is not used to target promotions.
  • Unsubscribing does not cancel a subscription.

12. Cookies and mobile technology

Web cookies/local storage may support sessions, preferences and security. Mobile apps may use secure platform storage, permissions and push tokens. New non-essential analytics or advertising technology must be assessed and disclosed before activation.

13. Children
