1. Optional products
Provider and supplier products advertise one genuine offering in relevant Services & Products discovery. The customer product advertises one active request in relevant Jobs & Requests discovery.
- Jobbi Pop launch configuration: AUD $1.99 for 24 hours.
- Jobbi Spotlight launch configuration: AUD $9.99 for 7 days.
- Urgent Request launch configuration: AUD $1.99 for 24 hours.
- Ordinary customer posting remains free. The AUD $29.99 monthly provider membership and unlimited bidding and quoting remain functional without promotions.
2. No guaranteed outcome
Promotion affects eligible visibility only and never buys ratings, reviews, badges, response eligibility or completed-job statistics.
- No guaranteed position, impressions, customers, providers, suppliers, leads, contact, responses, selection, sales, jobs or revenue.
- Organic relevance, recency, quality, eligibility and user controls continue.
- Metrics are reported only where technically reliable.
3. Eligibility and content
Only an eligible provider or supplier may promote its genuine offering. Only the customer who owns an active published request may add Urgent Request.
- No misleading claims, fake discounts, false scarcity, prohibited services, duplicates, contact bypass, spam or inappropriate media.
- Use accurate identity, offering, request, category, area and reputation information.
- Jobbi may reject, pause or remove content for legality, safety, quality or relevance.
4. Labels, placement and targeting
Pop and Spotlight cards are labelled Sponsored. Urgent Request cards are labelled Urgent. Relevance may use category, request or offering type, general location/service area, searches, saved interests and marketplace activity.
- Spotlight has stronger prominence than Pop but does not remove organic results.
- Urgent Request receives higher visibility only among otherwise relevant request results.
- Jobbi does not sell personal information to advertisers.
- Sensitive attributes are not used for targeting.
- Frequency controls prevent advertising dominance.
- Customers may hide sponsored offerings.
5. Activation, duration and expiry
The promotion period begins on server-side activation unless stated otherwise and expires automatically. A pause does not extend duration unless Jobbi confirms it. Expiry removes only the paid placement: the underlying offering or request remains available according to its ordinary marketplace status.
6. Billing and app stores
Web purchases use the configured web processor. Native digital promotion purchases must follow Apple or Google rules, with server-side entitlements. Development activation is test-only and processes no payment.
7. Failures and refunds
For a verified Jobbi activation failure, Jobbi may re-run, extend, credit or refund as appropriate and required by law or platform rules. Ordinary variation in reach or no result is not itself a failure.
Nothing in this document excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Analytics
Jobbi may record impressions, opens, saves, messages, invitations and request starts. Attribution is indicative and may be incomplete or affected by devices and privacy controls.
