1. Subscription product
An eligible business offering services, products or both may purchase a recurring Jobbi membership for AUD $29.99 per monthly billing period, with GST treatment displayed at checkout.
- Active membership includes unlimited bids and quotes.
- There are no lead credits, per-bid fees or commission on work won.
- Jobbi Pop and Jobbi Spotlight are separate optional promotions.
- Membership does not guarantee opportunities, leads, work, income or sales.
2. Eligibility and fair use
Subscribers must maintain an eligible profile and follow marketplace policies. Unlimited ordinary bidding does not permit spam, automation abuse, duplicate or irrelevant bids, or unlawful conduct.
3. Billing, renewal and stores
Unless cancelled, membership renews monthly through the billing channel shown at purchase. Checkout must disclose price, frequency and renewal.
- Web subscriptions use Jobbi's configured web processor.
- Native purchases use Apple or Google billing where store rules require it.
- Store purchases are also subject to store billing, cancellation and refund rules.
4. Failed billing and entitlement
Failed payment may be retried and membership may become past due, suspended, expired or cancelled. Bid and quote entitlement may stop without a valid active entitlement. Restoring verified payment may restore access.
5. Cancellation
Cancel through the channel used to subscribe. Unless law or checkout says otherwise, cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues to the paid-period end.
- Deleting an app does not cancel a store subscription.
- Closing Jobbi may not cancel an external store subscription unless confirmed.
6. Refunds and rights
Change-of-mind refunds are not promised unless displayed, required by law or required by the billing platform. Apple or Google may control refunds they process.
Nothing in this document excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Price changes and promotions
$29.99 is the current launch price. Future changes require advance notice and compliance with law and store rules. Trials or promotions must disclose eligibility, duration and renewal price.
8. Account action
Serious or repeated breaches may restrict subscription entitlement or platform access. A purchase does not create a right to continued access despite safety or policy action. Lawful refund rights remain.

Additional verified company, jurisdiction or service-provider information will be published before Jobbi’s public launch.
