1. Open-ended but lawful
Jobbi supports unusual legitimate services. An offering is not prohibited merely because it is niche, but it must be lawful and suitable for marketplace facilitation.
2. Prohibited activity
- Unlawful services, stolen/illegal goods, controlled weapons, illicit drugs, counterfeit goods or regulated goods Jobbi declines to facilitate.
- Sexual services, exploitation, trafficking, or content exploiting or endangering any person or minor.
- Violence-for-hire, threats, dangerous wrongdoing, self-harm assistance or instructions primarily enabling crime.
- Fraud, scams, laundering, impersonation, forged credentials, payment diversion or deceptive schemes.
- Unlicensed professional work where legally required, or evasion of law, permits, safety or tax.
- Illegal discrimination, harassment, stalking, doxxing or privacy invasion.
- Malware, credential theft, scraping abuse or platform compromise.
- IP infringement, counterfeit production, spam, fake activity, manipulation or contact bypass.
3. Regulated and higher-risk work
Lawful work may require licences, permits, inspections, insurance, age controls or safety measures. Jobbi may restrict categories or request information where justified.
4. Enforcement
Jobbi may block publication, remove content, suspend promotion, preserve evidence, restrict accounts or report lawful concerns. Report uncertain content rather than confronting another user.
